  • Individual Therapy

    Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of your next step, individual therapy offers a space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship stress, life transitions, ADHD, and trichotillomania.

    At the heart of my work is a warm, collaborative, and humanistic approach. I believe that you are the expert on your own experience, and therapy is a space where your voice is honored, your strengths are recognized, and your growth is supported with compassion and curiosity.

    While my foundation is rooted in client-centered and strengths-based therapy, I also draw from a range of approaches—including mindfulness-based CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic and Existential Therapy, Family Systems, and Attachment Theory—to meet your unique needs.

  • Couples Therapy

    Relationships can bring joy and meaning—but they can also feel confusing, painful, or distant at times. I support couples in building stronger, more connected partnerships by helping you understand each other on a deeper emotional level.

    Using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), I help couples navigate conflict, improve communication, heal from infidelity, and prepare for lasting commitment through premarital counseling. Together, we’ll explore the attachment styles and cycles that may be keeping you stuck—so you can move toward more secure, fulfilling connection.

    My style is authentic and nonjudgmental. I hold space for both partners while guiding you toward greater clarity, emotional safety, and mutual understanding. I also integrate insights from family systems and attachment theory to help you recognize and shift patterns that are getting in the way of connection.
